Meet Jeff Stephens

I help real estate investors buy and sell duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes in Oregon.  

First and foremost, I am a fellow plex owner myself. I began buying plexes in 2006 and own a portfolio of dozens of plex doors in Oregon. In 2020, I decided to get a real estate license so I could put my deep experience in Oregon duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes to work for clients. Plexes are my sole specialized focus as an agent—it’s all I do. In other words, I am a plex owner and investor with a real estate license…not a real estate agent who happens to have bought or sold a plex. I believe plex sellers and buyers are best served by an agent with extensive first-hand plex ownership experience, rather than a generalist agent.
